HOW TO GET A PUEBLO SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT REPORT

The only way to obtain a Pueblo Sheriff’s Department report is by filling out the Report Request Form and returning it to the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office signed, per CRS 24-72-305.5.

There is a $5.00 fee for a report, every page after 10 costs 0.25 per additional page. The form must either be mailed or brought into the office to received the report.
