On Friday, May 20 McCormick & Murphy filed a lawsuit in Denver District Court on behalf of their client who was injured during the shooting at Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs last November.
In short, the lawsuit claims that given Planned Parenthood’s history of violence and threats directed at its clinics, it should have had better security and safety warnings in place.
